"Ligeri Guesthouse" Elati Hotel Tip by dimilag

Elati Hotels: 6 reviews and 11 photos

On the main street of Elati there is a stone built guesthouse with wooden balconies, called ?Ligeri?, taking its name from the stone, on which, according to legend, the horse of Saint George trod, leaving its mark on it to this day. The interior of the guesthouse respects local tradition. Wooden furniture, comfortable sofas by the fireplace and very old coppers on the stone walls set the tone of an atmosphere that brings to mind older times. The large fireplace in the main lounge is lit in the morning, making the area cozy, while the open plan kitchen next to the dining room is what makes the place look like an old inn.

The rooms are simply decorated, but they do not lack comforts, while the suites have their own Turkish baths and other facilities. The stone paved courtyard is very beautiful, full of flower pots and it is very pleasant to have a cup of coffee there on sunny days.

?LIGERI? would not be such a great guesthouse if it had not been for the owner. Stavros Tsibonis is a perfect host, constantly trying to improve the services offered by the guesthouse and for which he has received the best comments from the visitors.
