"Avenue Frochot" Paris Off The Beaten Path Tip by GUYON

This is a real "off the beaten path" site seeing. No mention in your guide. A tip known only by locals (do not tell it to the tourists, we want to keep our quietness ...)
Near place Pigalle, there is a private street, closed by a gate, with luxious houses : the Avenue Frochot. Do not make a confusion with the rue Frochot nearby. The house at the number 1 (which can be seen from the gate) has the fame to be haunted because one owner has been murdered by an unknown person, two others died by the same sickness and a femal singer has recently left quickly this house without telling why.
The house number 15 is the last Toulouse Lautrec's work shop.
Just at the entrance , there is a magnificent Art Deco stain glass, certainly the most beautifull in Paris.
The avenue is in fact a blind alley because the place Pigalle has closed the other entrance.
I suggest to stop there after a lunch or a diner place Gustave Toudouze on which there are 3 restaurants with terrace, on the way to Pigalle, the red district of Paris.
