The Venceslao Square is 750 meters long and 60 meters wide. The plaza is surrounded from the hotels and restaurants built at the end of the twentieth century and it offers meaningful examples of the styles adopted by the Czech architects of the epoch. During the Middle Ages the square was the center of the market of the horses. The square has been place of the most important events of the Czech history of the last one hundred years.
