The Church of the Lady of the Snow has been founded by Charles IV in 1347.
The church had to be long more than 100 meters but it was never completed. The actual building constituted only the presbytery of it. It is tall over 33 meters and finished in 1397. In the church preached the hussite Jan Zelivsky, buried in the temple after his execution in 1422. During the Hussite wars in 1434 the church was damaged and abandoned to itsself. In 1603 the Franciscan restored it. The inside decorations are Baroque. The greatest altar is adorned by numerous statues of saints and by a crucifix.
