Blue coral Beach Resort: "blue coral beach resort??? Should b GREEN CORAL" Laiya Hotel Tip by aqt1023

we had an overnight stay at bluecoral beach resort, though the room rates were high,(php5k+ per night ,almost $160),we were expecting a good if not a very satisfying accomodation..since if you check out their website, you would probably be impressed by the images of their hotel, the pool amenities.. but when we arrived there,we were shocked to see the pool, it's all green,so we were not able to swim in the pool..and an entrance fee of Php900 per person included 3 buffet meals which were very limited, unlike the buffet meals we enjoyed at the other neighboring resort ,and a snack(like three slices of bread w/chicken filling). We did'nt even had a chance to try their famous batangas coffee,'kapengBarako"instead they served 3-in-1 instant coffee only ..during mealtimes, there were lots of flies around,so we had to ask for their staff to do something about it,but there were no efforts..,the staff were discorteous, the rooms were not clean especially the bathrooms,we still had to ask for door mats since they did not provide any.the fixtures in the bathrooms were defective, the bathroom door handle was defective also,we had no water supply before we checked out....the onlly good things about their resort are the good airconditioning, the beach, the design of the hotel..i would really not recommend this resort for those who would want their money's worth..especially if you have kids...
