This bar might not be really special maybe for a tourist (or then again it might be), but it's my favourite bar in Brussels. If you want to have a talk with friends in a nice young atmosphere, this is the place to be. In the afternoon it's the ideal place to have a coffee, and in the evening there's a cosy crowd with nice background music. Before you know it, it's way past bedtime. :-)
Most people who come here are Dutch-speaking and between 25 and 35, I guess.
The people behind the bar are extremely friendly and fast.
