Like the nearby Merenid Tombs, Borj Nord offers panoramic views over the medina from the north. It's about 15 minutes walk from the Merenid tombs though you have to descend one hill and climb another steep one if you want to walk between the two. We visited Borj Nord at sunset and it was very busy with people, most of whom were young locals. The views are better from Merinid but Borj Nord is more accessible.
