Shopping - Souvenirs, Tallinn: 5 reviews and 6 photos

Tallinn has some great, little shops, pugged here and there - leave the really touristy bits behind and there are treasures to be had.

There is a little liqueur store by MacDonalds which has got to be one of the best off-licences I have ever been in. It had an old, musty feel to it and sold so many different drinks... and good prices.

We found a little shop which sold a load of army memorabilia. Uniforms, hats, badges etc... a lot of Russian stuff but more surprisingly they were selling rather a lot of old Nazi stuff which seemed to almost emit evil - the store had an uncomfortable atmosphere but it was interesting none the less.

We had a couple of Russian's offering to sell us caviar and the like on the black market... unfortunately for them... they were picking on a vegetarian!!!
