Slam Brau: "Schnitzel with framboise marmelade" Salm Bräu Tip by metallemon

Salm Bräu, Vienna: 1 reviews and 0 photos

It's a brewery next to Belvedere. The owners make theis own beer (I tried of course and it's very good) ... and yes we ate viennese schnitzel with marmelade. It was delicious. If you go there do not forget to try it!
The place is typically viennese, with wooden seats, traditional dishes and desserts. I tries appfelstrudel which is served with wipped cream and because the strudel is hot the wipped cream melt and I ate a sweet soup with cream and apples! I enjoyed it very much.
The restaurant is just after the entrance for Lower Belvedere, so it worth either for coffee or for food!
