Turkey Run Inn: "In the Middle of it all" Turkey Run State Park Hotel Tip by Toughluck

The Inn is located just inside the park's main entrance. It includes the traditional brick building with the lobby, restaurant and public seating area. There are two wings of rooms in the lodge. Located along Turkey Run are five 'cabins, each with 4 'motel' style rooms. The rooms inside the lodge building are comfortable and pleasantly decorated. They offer easy access to the restaurant and meeting rooms. The 'cabin' rooms are set in a wide gassy lawn, which is easier on kids and allows them the freedom of running.

Unique Qualities: The lodge is set near Sunset point, which is an easy walk, especially in the evening, where you can watch the sun set over Sugar Creek. I enjoy a morning walk, while at Turkey Run and the lodge offers a choice of walking along Sugar Creek, high above on the brim of the valley, or of a short jaunt through Turkey Run, deep in it's narrow confines with the stone cliffs blocking out the awakening world.
