Restaurant Beghuset: "Unpretentious French in idyllic settings" Copenhagen Restaurant Tip by QuDee

Big-enough portions, of honest, innovative, french cuisine without bad habits or desperation nuveau.

The restaurant is located in a charming house in the old part of Dragør (17th ? 19th century houses), and is named after perhaps the smallest building in town, the old tar-house at the harbour, at the end of Strandgade.

You get a meal, that fills you up - both fysically, and aestethically.
The menu on the board changes every day, and three to six courses cost between DKK 368 (?45) and 498 (?66). It's pricey, but really good value, and you can take a historic walk in the cobbled streets just outside.
