If i had not seen the actual crime data for Adams Basin I would not have believed the results.
For the most part, Adams basin is as happily safe as any rural community. But the data shows a huge spike when it comes to theft. All the other crimes are well below average risk (in the very low category); but thefts are well above the average (in the risky category). The data did not clarify whether the thefts were shop-lifting or home break-ins.

Having this data at hand, you might want to use a little extra caution about locking doors and keeping valuables in a safe place (trunk of the car usually works if the car is locked).
