Sushi fusion: "Sushi Ole" Madrid Restaurant Tip by Nathalie_B

Madrid Restaurants: 684 reviews and 724 photos

It's a nice fusion restaurant that serves some good sushi. It does taste good, but get ready to pay high prices. I had two dishes, some sofisticated and tasty roll with pretty much everything in it and then a simple tuna roll. What I especially liked is the eel sauce, that one of my dishes was served with. Including small beer it's all summed up to 25 Euro.
What I really liked about the place is the decorations, it had nothing to do with Japaneese theme. It was more of a modern or some avant-garde style with soft lights and LCD screen which displayed the chef creating the dishes.
There are 3 Sushi Ole restaurants in Madrid and surroundings, the one I went to is located in Las Rozas de Madrid, just 30 minutes away from the capital. The service was very nice and I left the place very satisfied. My wallet didn't really like but that's another story :)
