Platform for art is a program sponsored by the London Underground. It offers exhibition space for artists on highly frequented places, mostly on tube stations. I saw some pictures by Japanese artist Chiho Aoshima. They showed an interesting personification of a city?s skyline with manga-style faces. Thes were exposed at the Gloucester Road underground station, on the platform of the District and Circle Lines.

Address: Gloucester Road tube station
Directions: Best seen from the eastbound platform of Circle and District Lines. A further exhibition point is the entrance hall of Picadilly Circus.
