With political changes new ways of communication with people came into life of Kievan's. I mean those small, large, white and colorful pieces of paper that pedestrians, and sometimes even drivers are hand-out by different people on the streets, roads and their homes. It can be everything, but the most of part is advertisement. I include in the word advertisement not only commercial as products, services etc, but also political advertisement. Now you can see on Independence Square and Khreshchatyk Street people with posters and hand-outs that will be glad to talk with you about their points of view, about your points of veiw and how to change them, or to find a compromise etc.

This old man on my picture is one of them. Also note that you will see a couple of policemen around such people. I did see when I took a picture. You have just to look around.
