This impressive memorial was designed by Sir Aston Webb and sculpted by Sir Thomas Brock in 1911. It shows the seated figure of the queen with groups portraying Truth, Justice and Motherhood, and it?s crowned by the winged figure of Victory supported by Courage and Constancy.
