Fire of Brazil Churrascaria: "Don't Eat the Day You Go Here!" Fire Of Brazil - CLOSED Tip by BigBlueOne

Fire Of Brazil - CLOSED, New Orleans: 2 reviews and 0 photos

The basic layout is this... you start out with a salad bar with a nice mix of eclectic and normal foods. If you order the meat portion of the service you return to your table and turn a little card to green. Pretty soon about ten servers will bring around different cuts of meat (turkey, steaks, sausages, etc.) to all the tables and you simply take what you want.

When you go to Fire of Brazil you're doing it for the food, not the ambience. That being said, its not that it was done in poor taste, its just that its fairly wide open seating because of the way in which they serve, and that makes it seem a little like a cattle call.
