"A Hotel in Town" Hostellerie de la Porte-Bellon Tip by hquittner

We walked here from the bus station, just a couple of blocks. It is quiet and traffic free with parking adjacent or in front. The rooms were simple (it is 2* Logis de France). They have an active and complete restaurant with plenty of local patrons. The food was hearty. It was ideal for going about the town since everything is nearby, even the bus. As the weather was nice, we ate luch out of doors. Late dinner was better inside.
