Eiffel Tower - At Night, Paris: 64 reviews and 125 photos
I hope this reproduces well from an old kodachrome. I took it with a Nikon camera equipped with a shutter release cable and a wide-angle lens, after setting the correct time exposure (automatic). I am not a talented photographer. I steadied the camera on the coarse gravel at what I determined to be the center under the tower and had my wife stand guard over it. I then laid myself on the gravel and inched over to reach the cable thus keeping out of the view of the lens, and triggered the shutter when she stepped out of range. And I then prayed. Immediately three men rushed up to the elderly man sprawled on the gravel and offerred cardiac resuscitation. Luckily they did not spoil the picture.
