Sankt Anton am Arlberg Transportation: 4 reviews and 7 photos
In 2001 St. Anton am Arlberg got a new railway station
It is made in a very nice way compared to the relative small community it is places as a part of. Its is to describe it made as a part of mountain wall just opening up to give room for the station in it self where after the rails exit into the mountain tunnels again. For this it has won more architecture awards among others the Brunel Award.
If you not going by car or bus you can get to St. Anton by train from Zurich Switzerland. Passport control is conveniently made on the run between stations. The ride takes around 2 hours and 20 minutes and cost around 38 euros.
