Elvie's Turo-Turo: "Stop in Manila for a warm meal while you're in NYC" Elvie's Turo-Turo - CLOSED Tip by Monster78

Stop here for a delicious meal. Period. Yes, I have my biases, I'm partial to the less well known Filipino cuisine and unfortunately, many visitors to NYC are not.

Elvie's serves a delicious fresh meal in a small quaint cafeteria setting. A true test to any ethnic food is its local following. On any occasion, you will observe Filipinos of all generations sharing an array of dishes with that's the best critic review that's not mentioned in Zagat.
