The Great Barrier Reef:

Many different boats available locally to different diving sites.
Make your choice based on where they go, size of group and rates.

Lots of fun to snorkle with the fish, to see them in their natural habitat and colours.
The reef coral changes colours when clouds cover the sun.

For beginners the Moor Reef is sufficient. Good diving platform. Guides and life guards alert and aware. Nice little submarine ride included, in addition to a convenient submarine viewing area.

Lunch and snacks available.
Special children's area where they bait the fish for the kids to see.
Safes available if you are carrying money.
No place private for clothing.

It will not do for scuba divers.

P.S. - I bought a disposable underwater camera before the trip. On the boat they cost 3X as much.

Address: Moor reef - Outer Great Barrier Reef
Directions: According to which boat company you choose.
