RedBrick Pizza: "The passion of Italian epicurean adventure" Pleasant Hill Restaurant Tip by BLewJay

Pleasant Hill Restaurants: 2 reviews and 1 photos

We drove up from San Diego and stayed at a nearby hotel. So not knowing the area at all, we asked the front desk personnel for a recommendation...they said try RedBrick Pizza...very good choice...the RedBrick oven sears your pizza at more than 1,000 in just 3 minutes (directly on the "RedBrick" stone) and the result is a delicate golden crust, delicious thin crisp center with fascinating flavors. They use only Qualita Superior Italian cheeses, premium gourmet ingredients, and hand rolled dough made fresh daily with heart healthy olive oil.

Favorite Dish: We ordered the Roasted Garlic Shrimp Pizza (creamy white garlic sauce, mozzarella, garlic shrimp, mushrooms, red onions, red bell peppers, bacon, garlic, tomatoes & parmesan) and two Chopped Chinese Chicken Salads (chicken, Chinese greens, green & red bell peppers, sesame seeds, mandarin oranges, wontons & tangy Oriental dressing).
