  St. Nicholas church. Chelmza, Poland
by sihi

The gothic church was built in year 1248 of red brick and stones. Presbytery is on eastern side. The roof of the church tower is topped by a lantern with a spire. Inside church has forms of pseudobasilica.
Some of the most interesting pieces of St.Nicholas Church are:
Main altar constrycted of wood in 1612. It was granted by the then Mayor of Torun, Walenty Zulawa;
Three rococo altars created by Wladyslaw Drapiewski from Pelplin. The top part of the baroque altar shows the Holy Trinity.
