If you drive from kampala to 15kms towards Tank Hill road, you will find on top of a hill the Hotel Diplomat. From the terrace of this hotel you can view the city of kampala in all its glory. A really breathtaking view of the city. It is also a nice place to visit in the evenings for a cup of tea watching the sun go down on the city.
