"Forest Museum and Jungle Path Park" Top 5 Page for this destination Malaysia Things to Do Tip by SLLiew

About half-way up Kedah Peak is a nice Forest Museum (Muzium Perhutanan) housed in a typical traditional Kedah Malay stilt building.

You can learn more about the tree species from the canopy giants to the climbing "opportunistic" rattan creepers.

There is a wonderful jungle path park to see the different trees at this higher elevation with a nice stream gurgling through rocks and even a waterfall.

So it is a nice break for your drive up Kedah Peak and enjoy the cool, fresh air amongst the greenery.

Popular amongst the locals for family picnic and for taking a cool dip too.

Address: Half-way up the road to Kedah Peak
