Chez Zee American Bistro: "Creme Brulee French Toast!" Chez Zee American Bistro Tip by tee0206

Chez Zee American Bistro, Austin: 1 reviews and 2 photos

Creme Brulee French Toast. That should say it all. This popular restaurant is a great place for brunch. It's also pretty busy during weekend brunch; the wait can last an hour or longer, but it's definitely worth it. If you can, be sure to make a reservation. You can conveniently make reservations through the website. This place also supposedly has some of the best desserts in town, but I don't have too many restaurants to compare the desserts to, so I'll leave it at that. The ambience is fairly casual, but the food is a bit fancier than your typical casual fare. The decor is definitely eclectic and unique, with many different types of lights throughout the inside and outside of the buildings. The walls are adorned with art which can be purchased. The decor is tastefully done, though, and I find it very charming. I'm usually concerned with parking in Austin, but Chez Zee has complimentary valet parking, which can definitely be a plus. This is one of my favorite Austin restaurants.

Favorite Dish: Creme Brulee French Toast, Ham Omelets, Zee Migas...all of the brunch food is amazing. I've never been for lunch or dinner, so I can't comment on those.
