"Central to sights" Elite Hotel Tip by deadlynightshade
Elite Hotel, Prague: 264 reviews and 4 photos
My sister and I stayed at the Elite for a week in December 2006. It is ideally situated for touring the sites in Prague on foot. Our room was very comfortable with a nice bath and shower. The sheets and towels were changed evey day. Breakfast was from 7am until 10am and of a buffet style. This had a very comprehensive range to suit most people. There is a restaurant in the hotel but it is only open during the day. There are plenty of good restaurants in the visinity. The nice bar is open to the public but it was always quiet during our stay. There are 78 rooms on 3 floors but there is a lift. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, however we found some of the reception staff sadly lacking in this area. The rooms have their own safe with a key but our safe seemed to have the wrong key. Every day they promised to rectify this on request but never managed this. On the whole a very enjoyable stay and I would choose the Elite again.
Unique Qualities: The bathroom was furnished to a high standard with lots of little extras. Our room overlooked the courtyard garden. There was free internet access if required.
