Jung Hwa Gak: "Korean Food" Singapore Restaurant Tip by Applelyn

Singapore Restaurants: 740 reviews and 1,194 photos

You can have a choice of having your food in a small private room. The ambience is Korean for sure:) I like to be seated in the setting of the Korean culture while enjoying its cuisine. And don't worry, the boss speaks good English.

Favorite Dish: I like the noodle with the special black bean sauce. It is not the normal soya sauce you get from the supermarket and it is really nice. The sweet and sour pork tasted super too. I was told that the sauce is made from a special Korean honey, very different from the chinese style sweet and sour pork.

Address: 25 Shenton Way #01-12
Price Comparison: about average
Directions: Opposite Singapore Conference Hall(The road towards ECP). There are two korean restaurants there. It is the one nearer to the traffic light.
