"Klementinium" Old Town Tip by el_ruso
Old Town, Prague: 136 reviews and 248 photos
In mid XVI century the Jesuits were invited to combat reformation. They were given the church of Sv Salvator as their base (on the photo), and subsequently full control over the university and city's education. They undertook a massive bulding program, raising a whole block and building a palace attached to the church called Klementinium, but they were booted out shortly after it was completed.
