Buckingham Palace is the official residence of the British monarch. Tourists are not allowed to get inside, so you can just view / take pictures of the Buckingham from the outside. Notice the guards in uniform. During our visit, we saw guards in chariot so it compensates for us not being able to see the changing of the guards. Just be quick in taking pictures as the chariots move fast.

In front of the Buckingham is the Victorial Memorial in white marble. You can go to the sculpture for taking pictures, or to get an elevated view of the Buckingham. Observe also the clouds which seems so near and moves so fast.
