The massive brick church St. Mary Magdalene (Kosciol Marii Magdaleny) was built in the middle of the 14th century. It includes a 12th century Romanesque portal which was moved here from a Benedictine abbey.
Due to the reformation, the church belonged to the Protestants from the early 16th century until the end of WWII when it was returned to the Catholic church.
The St. Mary Magdalene Church ic located just behind the eastern side of the Market Square (Rynek). It can be found at Olowska 19.
