Church of Holy Cross.
This church has been build in 14th century. It is a small Gothic church with a Baroque Chapel from 17th century.

This church is mainly known for the famous Altar, which is from Lucas Cranach d. Ä. , painted in 1537.

Kreuzkirche is situated in a quiet part of the Oldtown, which has been heavily destroyed during a bomb night in 1943. The houses around are mainly from the 1950s. The church has been rebuild 1951 - 1961.

Directions: The church is not far from the Ballhof and near the Old Town.
