"A very moving story" Anne Frank House Tip by intertraveler

Anne Frank House, Amsterdam: 243 reviews and 259 photos

We cannot imagine what life was like for the Jewish people in Amsterdam during the war but Ann Frank left us a legacy when she wrote her diaries.

Her father Otto survived and he told the story through is daughters diaries.

The museum is in two buildings the new which goes into detail about Ann Franks life and the old original building is were you can see owe they lived when they were in hiding.

The museum gets very busy and there is a cafe and a shop were you can buy books telling Ann's story.

Address: Prinsengracht 267
Directions: Quite a walk down Prinsengracht from Leidsestraat but interesting.
