  Fermented Beancurd and fried intestines
by y_lyn

This eating place was originally from Chinatown Complex. The stall was so stinky that the neighbouring stalls complained and his stall was vandalised. You can find many newspaper cutting about all these complaints being framed up in this place.

Opening hours: 12pm to 12am
Tue to Sundays (Closed on Monday)

Favorite Dish: Deep Fried Fermented Beancurd. It is prepared by fermenting them with fish innards, salt, soy beans and some spices for a few days before they are removed and deep fried! Not all people can stand this food but I am glad that I actually fall in love with this food. During my trip to Taiwan, I tried a different type of fermented beancurd everyday. I simply love it. I also tried their fried intestine.. also not bad, very crispy. They also have soft shell crab crepe. Worth a try too!
