Tucked in a corner of Queen Elizabeth Park in Vancouver is the Seasons Hill Top Bistro. I had lunch at the Bistro during my recent visit to Vancouver. The restaurant overlooks downtown Vancouver and has an intimate and cozy atmosphere. President Bill Clinton had entertained President Boris Yeltsin of Russia in this very restaurant during the Vancouver summit. A personally signed letter from Bill Clinton to the restaurant is proudly displayed at the entrance to the restaurant.

Favorite Dish: I had the most delicious main course of baked mushroom in Porthouse cheese. The mushroom was about 10 cm in diameter and was most juicy.
