"A Comfortable Base" Best Western Continental Tip by AnnS

I thoroughly recommend this hotel. Although not an attractive building from the outside, inside is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean throughout. I had a single room which, although small, was well-equipped and very comfortable. All the staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly, a very important factor when travelling alone. I had a lovely meal in the restaurant which was beautifully cooked and beautifully presented. The hotel is close to the railway station and just a short walk from the historic centre and the lake, making it an idea base for exploring the region and trips into Milan - a 40 minute train journey away. I would certainly stay there again.
