Mac's Deli is one of the stalls in the food village of Tiendesitas. What's interesting here is you can see how they prepare the food they sell. Right before your eyes, a guy rolls out the pastry dough and a girl fries all the prepared savory pastries.

Favorite Dish: The Vigan Empanada, of course! It starts with a pastry dough that is rolled out and filled with really tasty ground meat, bean sprouts, onions and 1 whole raw egg. It is then deep fried to crispy perfection. Really, really good when it's newly cooked. And you have to dip it in spicy vinegar. Delicious and really filling - each piece is about 7-8 inches long.

They sell them here for 100 PHP for 3 pieces or 35 PHP each.
