"Send your Postcards from the De Beyaert House" Mechelen Things to Do Tip by DanielF

Mechelen Things to Do: 193 reviews and 305 photos

The large Medieval building that connects the Cathedral and the Market Square is called the De Beyaert House. It was originally a pilgrims hospital and replaced the Aldermen House as the seat of the City Council until the present City Hall just across the square was completed in the XX century.

Today, the building is used as Mechlin's main post office.
