The Central Market, CentrÔltirgus is a huge covered market dating back to 1930. it is housed in 5 huge structures that were designed for different purposes. During World War I, in fact, these were hangars used to Zeppelins.

Of the five hangars - or pavillions - four sell meat, fish and dairy products. To buy fruits and vegetables, however, it is better the shop outside... in fact the market is so big that it spills out on the counrtyard, too. You can also find clothes and shoes there - but of dubious quality.

The mnarket is open 7 days a week - 08:00- to 17:00, except Sunday and Monday when it closes one hour earlier.

Address: CentrÔltirgus
