18 – From Marsh Wall (road) at the north end of Millwall Dock, go north along the west side of the water, and then turn left (west) along South Dock (body of water). Alternatively, you can just follow the little signs to the Footbridge to Canary Wharf. you will end up at the bridge anyway. Cross this to South Quay. Cut straight through the building directly at the end of the foot bridge. You should now be by the Canary Wharf Tube station.

19 – You can veer left (west) north of West India Docks (body of water) and then right (north) to under the DLR stations, or you can enter the Canary Wharf complex of malls at the doors just north of the Tube station. In any event, make your way west to Cabot Square outside, where there is a sort of fountain pool. Head north from there, cross the North Colonnade, a one-way street, and go down some steps to another foot bridge.

20 – The foot bridge will end at West India Quay. There will be a number of restaurants and bars with tables set outside. Head left (west) and you will soon see the Museum in Docklands at the end of the restaurants, well worth visiting.

21 – To get back into central London, either work your way back to the Canary Wharf Tube station to go to the West End, or head east to the West India Quays DLR station to go to The City.
