At 3,000 feet above sea level and nestled at the upper slopes of Mt. Talomo, Eden Nature Park provides and escape from the city. Just 45 minutes away from the city, you can enjoy a different ambiance with the pine trees, cool weather and fresh mountain breeze. The view of Davao City from here is fantastic.

You can go trekking, bird watching, fishing, horse back riding, swimming (if you don't freeze to death first) or just nature tripping. Since they have their own vegetable garden here, you can also enjoy their fresh organic salad. Their iced tea with fresh mint is a must try.

Cottages are also available for overnight stay. If you are still in Eden at night, don't forget to check-out the firefly sanctuary.

Unfortunately, there is no public trasportation going to this place. You either have to hire a taxi or take a private car.

Directions: From Davao City proper, take Mc Arthur Hi-way and travel southwards toward Toril. After crossing Toril intersection, turn right. Follow the signs leading to the mountain resort.
