50 new manat the single, 60 new manat the double. Basic facilities, clean rooms and bathrooms (LP info seems outdated), air-con. Breakfast is included in the price, but use of the "luggage room" seems to require 2 manats extra :-). One of the receptionists is fluent in English, hotel staff is generally friendly but less helpful.

Unique Qualities: excellent location allowed easy moving in and around Baku, both day and night.
