Every year in the middle of March, there's an indoor version of the biggest caribbean festival in Europe hosting the most popular groups from the broad Caribbean region: from Cuba to Trinidad, Colombia to Belize, from Haiti to Puerto Rico.
This takes place in the biggest concert hall of the Benelux. -- Sport Palace in Antwerp
