The glowing golden city hall and tower.

The city hall with its highly visible clock tower, are located in the very center of Dunfermline. The five distinctly Gothic turrets of the tower, give it the appearance of a classic vertical fairy tale castle. The architecture may be original Gothic, but I believe it to be much more modern neo-Gothic. At any rate the great tower definately makes a fascinating centerpiece for this ancient city, which was the original capital of independent Scotland.

Address: Very center of Dunfermline.
Directions: All roads lead to the great tower. Just look up from almost anywhere in town, and you will see it. Cinderella never had it so good.
