We do think of original names for our restaurants

Fort Augustus is really a tiny village but it does get a lot of visitors. There are few places to stop & have a drink or something to eat. We found the Scots Kitchen to be a nice place for a relaxing drink & a snack. You can sit inside or out, which ever you prefer. We sat outside with the busy main road right next to us, on the pavement opposite we saw some young kilted folk dancing with the tourists, newly arrived from the car park. It turned out later, the dancers were staff from the restaurant, on a break, but making a few coffers on the side = I did wonder because the reels they were dancing were a bit suspect = but all good fun!

Favorite Dish: I had a BLT sandwich & a cooling glass of white wine - Hubby had coffee & a ham toastie with fresh salad.
