Just opposite the The Parliament Library on 4 Muzeyny Lane you will find this elegant building which is famous for its frontal sculpture by Fedor Balavensky. The theme comes ancient greek mythology and it's called "The triumph of Phryne". Phryne, a famous mistress, was accused that because of her beauty she was worshipped like a goddess. Her lover trying to offend her took her clothes off in front of the judges and pointing her naked them. Astonished by her naked beauty, the judges acknowledged she was almost divine!!
