"St. Peter's Square" St. Peter's Square - Piazza San Pietro Tip by freddie18

A magnificent man-made Square is the St. Peter's. I cannot leave the place on my first visit thinking of how soon can I see this beautiful place again. It was overwhelming. As I sat on one of the fountains' structure in the centre of the square, I just did not feel tired of watching the basilica, its facade, the Egyptian obelisk at the centre, the fountains, the gardens with umbrella-like pines rising in the skyline, not to mention watching the thousand of people from all over the globe, who just like me have admired and made their visit of the St. Peter's Square their most memorable one.

The next day, I visited the square again with my family. Not even one of us can explain why we did that, considering the limited time that we have to stay in the city. Only God knows!
To me, it was a dream come true.
