"Great Synagogue" Great Synagogue - Central Synagogue Tip by Babzz

The largest synagogue in Europe and second-largest in the world. There is a Holocaust memorial in the garden, as well as a Jewish museum next door documenting Hungary's Jewish history.

Unfortunately, it was closed when I got there, but even the outside of the building was beautiful-magnificent artwork. If I ever return to Budapest, I will surely return during open hours!
