"Death adders" Magnetic Island Warnings Or Dangers Tip by maffustan

Magnetic Island Warnings and Dangers: 6 reviews and 5 photos

Not called the death adder for nothing
by maffustan

They are mainly active at night and spend most of the day hiding in leaf litter. What makes them different from other snakes is that they are apparently deaf and can bite a member of a bush walking group after several other members have stepped right over them.

There are plenty of warning signs posted around the island.......
